Mission

This site contains a presentation of my ideas and convictions in administrative issues that represent a large aspect of my academic specialization, since I have a PhD degree in Finance, a master’s in risk management, a master’s degree in finance, Insurance and Risk Management, a master’s degree in management and Entrepreneurship and bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting and Finance.

This proposal also embodies part of my professional experience as an Assistant professor at the university, an expert in administrative training, an administrative development accredited, and a general consultant and a legal representative of the public retirement Fund ...

In addition, my understanding and outlook on administrative sciences, in addition to the academic and professional path, was based on my experience in volunteer work, as I assumed many responsibilities in civil society locally, regionally, nationally, and globally in the world ... All these activities contributed to the formulation of my scientific and professional aspirations and in support of the learning process through contact and communicate with international academics and experts from all parts of the world.

Vision

On this website, I present the general principles and rules adopted in many administrative subjects, accompanied by some scientific and objective criticism, as well as offering appropriate solutions to many of the existing problems. My goal is to achieve the maximum administrative benefit that enables individuals and organizations to create added value.

My vision of management science was based on my understanding of science as adopted by the scientist John Dewey, who defined science as "a very structured study based on a clear approach, based on objectivity, whether this study leads us to laws or approximate general rules."
